I understand that this journey of life can be harrowing, full of grief, obstacles, and isolation. However, I deeply trust in the healing power of the individual, and it’s my goal to help you find that potential within yourself. MICROCURRENT NEUROFEEDBACK SESSIONS (MCN)
MCN is a form of neurofeedback that’s less invasive, and more relaxing, than traditional neurofeedback, while working much like neurofeedback. MCN is a non-invasive, mind-body therapy that uses brain waves to help people learn to control their brain functions. This is essentially helping the brain to “reboot” itself. During a session, electrodes are attached to the scalp to measure brain waves. The brain waves are then transmitted to a computer program that provides audio and/or video feedback. The goal is to encourage the brain to develop healthier patterns of activity. This is an excellent option for reducing stress, increasing productivity and performance, and reducing symptoms of neurodivergence that cause pain and trauma to the individual.
Cost: $150 for the first session. 45 minutes. $135 for recurring sessions.
Length of treatment: 8-10 weeks (Autistic individuals many need more like 20-25 sessions).
Virtual Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Professionals, Adults, College Students, and Teens.
For over 20 years now I’ve worked with adults, professionals, college students, and teens in therapy and helped them find success in their goals, both in their personal and professional lives. I use cognitive behavioral therapy to reach these goals. CBT is the most studied and researched therapeutic intervention with decades of peer-reviewed research proving its efficiency.
Through CBT, working side by side with you, I will help you make the changes you need to reduce anxiety and stress, to help you grow in new and exciting ways, to improve your personal and professional relationships, to teach you new skills that help you in your life, and more.
Cost: $200/session. 50 minute sessions (standard).
Postpartum Therapy
If you feel like you’re failing, or that something terrible is always just around the corner, you might be facing postpartum depression or anxiety. These conditions are treatable, but far too many mothers suffer in silence.
Postpartum can be irritability, chronic fatigue, or withdrawing from loved ones. It can feel like guilt for not “enjoying every moment,” or shame for needing help. It often includes racing thoughts, a constant sense of dread, or even the inability to sleep when the baby finally does.
You may feel disconnected from your baby, your partner, or even yourself, and wonder if things will ever feel normal again. These symptoms aren’t a reflection of your love for your child. They’re signs of a serious, but very treatable, mental health condition.
Postpartum depression and anxiety are not personal failures, they are clinical conditions recognized by the DSM-5 and supported by decades of psychological research.
Therapy can really help mothers suffering from postpartum depression by validating your feelings and helping reduce anxiety and other maladaptive thoughts and behaviors. Therapy can support your self-care, and help foster a bond with the baby. Don’t wait.
Cost: $200/session. 50 minute sessions (standard)
